A Comprehensive Efficient Architecture for Interplanetary Networking

This paper covers communication between planetary bodies in the solar system using a network of laser equipped-satellites. It proposes a novel communication protocol to minimize downtime and increase reliability in such a system in addition to a data synchronization system.
