This work explores the concept of a nonlinear extersion to the standard Maxwell equations for describing electrical and magnetic fields. The nonlinear model has solutions of concentrated electromagnetic energy which would be characterized as particles in the model universe. Some key findings are 1) negative and positive charge particles exist with the positive charge particle having a large energy compared to the negative charge particle 2) magnetic charge particles exist and are required to have a finite energy for the positive charge particle. This publication is an initial study of the model equations with a general summary of the results.
