A lot of impedance measurement methods in power electronics have been reported. However, a comprehensive investigation among these methods in terms of their characteristics, advantages, and limitations has not been found in the literature. In order to bridge this gap, a survey of the impedance measurement methods is conducted in this paper. These methods are introduced, discussed, and then classified into different categories depending on the measurement modes, principles, and instruments. Moreover, recommendations for the future research on the impedance measurement are also presented.
