Since Newton's Law for Gravitational Fields (G) applies to static reference frames, and is NOT Lorentz invariant like Maxwell's Equations, we correct it by adding in a Motional Field (S) so F=m/o\ [G + v x S]. Then we unify Gravitation and Electromagnetism by using an Expanded Newton's Law for Gravitation using Complex Masses, where the complex part is charge associated with the mass.
