Novel PIO-UDE control for LTI systems with disturbances, uncertainties, and IO delays

A new active anti-disturbance control strategy based on a combination of Proportional Integral Observer, an Uncertainty and Disturbance Estimator, and a conventional predictor is developed for a class of unknown delayed LTI systems with disturbances and uncertainties in state and control input matrices.
