Prediction of Patients at High Risk and Associated Risk Factors in Mucormycosis

We gathered a dataset of 440 patients diagnosed with mucormycosis, as well as an additional dataset of 2460 patients who were not diagnosed with the infection. This dataset was organized and tabulated for use in a machine-learning algorithm. The sample size included 2900 patients, some of whom had also suffered from COVID-19. The study included confirmed and suspected cases of mucormycosis, including cases where patients had been infected with mucormycosis after recovering from COVID-19.
