Soft Lookup False Data Matching Method for Estimating Suspect SCADA Data -NR Grid Case Study

This paper proposes an interpretable data-driven model Soft Lookup False data Matching (SLFM) through Dynamic Time Warping (DTW) for estimating missing/suspected SCADA data values. Numerical experiments conducted on one of the utilities of the Northern Region of the Indian Grid.
