Yong Heui Cho received his B.S. degree in electronics engineering from Kyungpook National University, Daegu, Republic of Korea, in 1998, and his M.S. degree and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, Republic of Korea, in 2000 and 2002, respectively. From 1993 to 1995, he was with the Republic of Korea (ROK) Army. From 2002 to 2003, he was Senior Research Staff with the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI), Daejeon, Republic of Korea. In 2003, he joined the School of Information and Communication Engineering, Mokwon University, Daejeon, Republic of Korea, where he is currently a Professor. His current research interests include electromagnetic wave theory and scattering, numerical analysis, design of reflectarrays, and dispersion characteristics of transmission lines.
