Video processing is a fundamental task in computer vision and multimedia analysis, encompassing various techniques for capturing, analyzing, and manipulating video data. In this paper, we conduct a comprehensive review of video processing approaches, covering topics such as video enhancement and video content detection. We examine the evolution of video processing techniques, discuss their applications across different domains, and highlight current challenges and future research directions.
