A Bio-VMP scheme is presented for allocating user’s $VM$ based on maximum resource utilization, minimum power consumption as well as carbon emission. To the best of the author’s knowledge, this is the first work that combines the ideas of FPO along with NSGA-II to solve the VMP problem.
