Abstract

Analysing the voltage supply,rise time, falltime, and delay of the SRAM cells utilising thegpdk 180technology is the aim of this study.The huge growth ofportable   battery-operated   gadgets   in   recent   years   hasmade low power IC design ever more important.ModernSystem on Chips(Soc’s)  increasingly depend heavily onembedded   SRAM   devices.Conventional   SRAM   celldesigns in this new era of quick mobile computing areinefficient and of poor quality. This study looked at lowpower   SRAM   cell   designs’ power consumption.Usingtraditional   6T,  7T,   8Tand   10T   SRAM   procedures,   thepower used by the SRAM cell has been reduced
